Position: Physics PhD Researchers

Role Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality data by creating challenging problems in Physics to inform future AI innovations.
- Evaluate the accuracy and depth of AI-generated content in Physics to strengthen reasoning and rigor in model outputs.
- Provide clear, structured feedback to AI research teams to improve training data quality and downstream performance.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.
- Contribute 4-6 tasks per week, each requiring several hours to complete.
Must-Have
- PhD in Physics from a top US/UK/Canada/Western European university.

- Negociación y gestión del procesos de comercialización y de adquisición.
- Impulso de las tramitaciones y gestiones urbanísticas relativas a los proyectos del grupo.
- Coordinación de equipos técnico, financiero y jurídico en torno a cada operación o proyecto.
- Colaboración en identificar oportunidades de inversión en torno a nuevos suelos, analizar su viabilidad urbanística, técnica y económica.
Requisitos mínimos:
- Necesaria experiencia demostrable de, al menos, 5 años en funciones similares
- Licenciatura/grado en ADE, derecho, arquitectura o similares.

- Monitor social media feeds, comment sections, and user profiles to detect emerging trends in harmful or policy-breaching content in a timely and accurate manner
- Accurately document and log content decisions within internal moderation systems, maintaining detailed records for quality assurance and reporting purposes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Trust & Safety specialists and quality analysts, to uphold content standards and continuously improve moderation workflows
- Provide clear, constructive feedback and recommendations to help refine and update social media content policies as community trends evolve
- Meet or exceed defined productivity and quality benchmarks while maintaining a high degree of sensitivity and sound judgement when handling potentially distressing content
- Participate actively in regular team briefings, training sessions, and calibration exercises to stay current with evolving platform policies and best moderation practices
- Native or fluent proficiency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential for this role; strong comprehension of cultural nuances within Spanish-speaking communities is highly valued
- Valid EU passport or appropriate documentation permitting full-time employment within the European Union (mandatory)
- A solid understanding of social media platforms, digital content ecosystems, and online community behaviour
- Demonstrated ability to exercise sound, independent judgement when evaluating sensitive or ambiguous content within a social media context
- Strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to maintain accuracy while working at pace in a high-volume content moderation environment
- A resilient, professional mindset with the capacity to manage exposure to potentially disturbing content with composure and emotional maturity
- Previous experience in content moderation, trust and safety, customer support, or a related social media role is advantageous, though not strictly required — full training is provided

Actualmente buscamos incorporar un Técnico de Marketing para el departamento de Mercado, que participará en la transformación de datos en insights relevantes para la toma de decisiones estratégicas, relativas a negocio de Televisión y Digital.
En base al data warehouse de la compañía, realizará análisis de mercado y competencia, llevará a cabo la identificación de tendencias, puntos de desarrollo y nichos potenciales de mercado que impulsen los ingresos, destacando las siguientes funciones:
- Elaboración de dashboards de negocio facilitando el seguimiento de los principales KPI´s
- Seguimiento del Mercado y benchmark de competencia
- Informes de seguimiento de campañas, incorporando análisis, conclusiones, nuevos indicadores, automatización y rediseño si fuera necesario.
- Controlar, analizar y sintetizar información interna relevante de negocio
- Desarrollar políticas y procedimientos para la recopilación, análisis de datos y métricas relevantes
- Reporting de fuentes oficiales del mercado publicitario (OJD, IAB, Infoadex)
- Realización de documentos con información relevante destinados a nuestros partners
Requisitos
- Formación académica: Grado en Marketing, Publicidad, ADE o formaciones afines.
- Idiomas: Nivel de inglés C1
- Experiencia profesional: Imprescindible experiencia de, al menos, 2 años en funciones afines.

- Gestionar el ciclo completo de ventas: desde la generación de leads hasta el cierre de acuerdos comerciales
- Liderar la estrategia Go-to-Market (GTM) en el país asignado, con foco inicial en validación y prospección

- Nivel nativo de polaco y nivel fluido de inglés (C1) para comunicación interna
- Historial probado alcanzando y superando objetivos de ingresos en entornos competitivos
- Perfil hunter con energía para gestionar prospección en frío
- Capacidad para entender soluciones tecnológicas de IA y traducirlas en valor de negocio
- Experiencia vendiendo a departamentos de RRHH, Formación o Health & Safety (PRL)
- Idioma adicional: checo
- Experiencia en sectores como Industrial, Infraestructura, Energía o EdTech
- Experiencia previa en startups o scale-ups internacionales
