Amazon Shipping Spain is just three years old — still a young, fast-moving organization with a startup mentality. You won't join a fully built machine — you'll help shape what it becomes.
You'll be the engine of our top-of-funnel sales efforts: prospecting new customers, generating qualified leads, and creating opportunities for the Business Development team to close. You'll conduct outreach, run discovery meetings, and guide shippers through the registration process. The market insights you gather will directly influence how we improve the product and reach new customers.

This is a graduate-level role with direct mentorship from senior BDMs and a path to grow inside the wider organization.
You'll work in a startup-like environment backed by Amazon's scale, alongside an international team that values ideas over hierarchy.
Based in Madrid (Cuatro Torres district), with exposure to cross-functional teams from day one.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Fluent Spanish (native or C2) and professional English.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Interest in sales, business development, or customer-facing commercial roles.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships through proactive outreach.
- Willingness to hunt — self-prospect, research markets, and identify new potential customers.
- Previous experience in a sales, lead generation, or customer-facing role (inside or outside Amazon).
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar).
- Knowledge of or curiosity about the logistics, e-commerce, or carrier industry.
- Experience with cold outreach or prospecting in any capacity.
- Comfort working with data to track activity and measure performance.
