We are an innovative mortgage solutions company catering to both resident and non-resident profiles looking to acquire a mortgage for property in Spain. 🏡 We operate under two distinct brands to better address the unique needs of our clients:

  • Bayteca for Residents


  • Mortgage Direct for Non-Residents


As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an Account Management Intern who is highly organized, customer-oriented, and excels at Excel (pun intended 😉). You’ll support our B2B Account Managers in managing our active portfolio of partners and ensuring seamless communication and processes.

💻 About the Role: What You’ll Do

As our Account Management Intern, you’ll be supporting the B2B Account Manager and the wider Business Development team to deliver excellence in partner management, reporting, and communication.

Your Key Responsibilities:

🤝 Partner & Account Support

  • Assist in onboarding new B2B partners with presentations, welcome kits, and training materials
  • Support day-to-day communication with partners and help respond to queries
  • Help maintain and organize internal documentation, partner records, and performance tracking


📊 Data & Reporting

  • Prepare regular reports using Excel on partner performance, lead quality, and pipeline status
  • Collaborate with the team to provide actionable insights from data
  • Help identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve partner experience


🧠 Process & Coordination

  • Work closely with BizOps, Growth, and Finance teams to ensure smooth internal coordination
  • Help track commission payments and partner documentation
  • Support cross-functional projects related to account management and partner success



🎯 What You Bring

  • Strong proficiency in Excel (formulas, formatting, data visualization)
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1+)
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset with high attention to detail
  • Availability to work on-site in Madrid 3–4 days a week


Nice to Have:

  • Experience or coursework in Business, Marketing, Economics, or similar
  • Previous internship or customer-facing experience
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
