- Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences or Statistics with training (Master’s/postgraduate) in Public Health, Master in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, or similar.
- Proficiency in programming languages and libraries for statistical analysis (R, STATA, SPSS, SAS).
- Database management skills.
- Experience in similar positions and applied biostatistics in clinical practice.
- High level of English (written and spoken).
- Strong expertise in methodology, clinical study design, and clinical/healthcare vision.
- Experience in similar positions in research environments, preferably biomedical.
- Demonstrable experience in scientific collaboration (projects, publications, etc.).
- Teaching experience in methodological or statistical training for clinical professionals.
- Having or being near completion of a PhD in related fields.
- Knowledge of RedCAP.
- Leadership and organizational skills.
- Communication skills: open, approachable person with critical thinking and a focus on scientific excellence.
- Internal client service orientation.
- Teamwork skills.
