Key Responsibilities:

• Validate powers of attorney deeds (Bastanteos).

• Executing of wills (Testamentarías), review of notarial deeds for the purposes the change of name e.g. corporate liquidations, mergers, split of companies (cambios de titularidad de cuentas). Current Account and Escrow agreements.

• Preparing and responding to requests made by the Courts, Tax Authorities and other public bodies.

• Review and negotiation of Non-Disclosure agreements, release and reliance letters.

• Review and negotiation of Bank guarantees and counter-guarantees.

• Drafting, negotiation and execution of loans, credit agreements and guarantee facility agreements and related guarantees (personal guarantees, pledges, etc.) for private and corporate clients.

• Legal support to the different units of the Bank.

• Provision of general legal assistance and advice regarding Spanish Law to the Bank and to the CA Group Network.

Qualifications/Education Required:

Law Degree (finished)

High level of English
