We are now looking for a Junior International Pre-Sales Engineer (Early-career profile) , to join our team in Bellatera (Barcelona) . In this key role, you will support both existing and potential clients—across Spain and internationally—helping them evaluate and use our systems by providing technical expertise, hands-on assistance, and a personalized customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Frequent international travel to support our global sales network in presenting Davantis ´intelligent video surveillance products to our clients. Perform product demonstrations and system configurations at customer sites. Provide technical support (in person, remotely, by phone, and online). Deliver training sessions in both Spanish and English. Participate in international trade shows and commercial events. Manage proof-of-concept (POC) projects and collaborate with IT. Analyze and understand customer needs. Requirements: University degree in Engineering or Technical Diploma in IT, Systems, or related fields. 0–3 years of experience eager to learn and grow professionally . Based in Barcelona. Fluent in spoken and written English and availability for international travel. Valid driver's license. Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux), relational databases (SQL Server), networking (switching, VLANs, IT infrastructures), or scripting languages. Strong customer oriented attitude and problema-solving skills. Experience in CCTV, video surveillance, or IT support in technology companies is a plus.
