Job Description

Are you looking for a diverse challenge and your heart beats for HR? Then become an HR Operations Specialist in our HR Operations & Payroll team. Together as a team, you will work in an international and growing environment. Here you will take responsibility for your areas and can contribute your expertise to a wide variety of HR projects.

Your Tasks

  • Competent contact person for all administrative topics in the employee life cycle for our employees, managers and HR business partners
  • Participation in various HR projects
  • Proactively contributing our own ideas for the continuous optimization, standardization and digitization of our HR services
  • Administrative implementation from entry to exit and changes during employment
  • Master data maintenance in SucessFactors/SAP and management of the digital personnel file
  • Support in the preparation of monthly payroll accounting as an interface to external payroll accounting

Qualifications

  • Completed commercial vocational training, preferably as a personnel clerk or completed studies with a focus on business administration
  • Several years of professional experience in personnel administration
  • Sound specialist knowledge of tax, social security and employment law
  • User knowledge of SAP or SuccessFactors is an advantage as well as experienced handling of MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Very good knowledge of English and mandatory C1 German
  • Creative joy, solution orientation, hands-on mentality and assertiveness in interaction with various contact persons
