Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated intern to join our investment team. The role provides hands-on exposure to ETA investing, working closely with entrepreneurs and operating companies. This is an in-person role in our office in Madrid, with flexibility for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate investment opportunities across the ETA spectrum.
• Build relationships with entrepreneurs and review acquisition strategies and sector theses.
• Conduct in-depth analyses on potential acquisition targets.
• Contribute to internal discussions and assist in preparing materials for investment committee processes.
• Support firmwide operational initiatives, improving workflows, data quality, and internal systems.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree or master’s degree from a top-tier university.
• Strong analytical skills and solid understanding of financial concepts. Basic understanding of Entrepreneurship-through-acquisition and the Search Fund model.
• Prior experience in a financial-oriented role (investment banking, private equity, venture capital, corporate finance) or entrepreneurial experience preferred.
• High level of ownership and ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-moving environment.
• Clear and confident communication skills; comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; Spanish plus a third European language preferred.
