About the role:

We need an E-Commerce Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• The position supports the Product Owners responsible for Jungheinrich’s e commerce platforms and works closely with local country organizations. Key responsibilities include coordinating with country teams to collect requirements, understand local needs, and review e commerce performance. The role analyzes e commerce funnel data and key performance indicators, identifies improvement areas, and supports the development and evaluation of features and enhancements together with the Product Owners. The position acts as a coordination and analysis role between central teams and countries, ensuring transparency, structured feedback, and continuous improvement of e commerce solutions.

Requirements:

• Good understanding of e commerce processes and customer journeys Ability to analyze and interpret e commerce funnels and performance indicators Experience in supporting product or platform teams in a business or analytical role Strong communication skills and experience working with international stakeholders Structured and analytical working style.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in B2B e commerce or digital sales environments Familiarity with common e commerce platforms or systems Basic understanding of online marketing and conversion drivers Experience working in international setups.
