Responsibilities

  • Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process: Job postings, CV screening, and initial candidate assessments.
  • Conduct face to face, phone and Teams interviews for different roles and departments.
  • Coordinate interviews with managers and help streamline communication with candidates.
  • Maintain and update our ATS and internal candidate database.
  • Post job openings on LinkedIn and help create engaging content to attract talent.
  • Actively search for great candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and direct outreach.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and HR communications.
  • Help ensure a positive candidate and employee experience throughout different HR processes.
  • Assist the HR team with administrative and operational tasks when needed.

Requirements

  • Degree in Psychology or Labour Relations, or currently enrolled in a Master’s in HR.
  • Eligibility for a university internship agreement.
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in recruitment.
  • Organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and international environment.
