Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager located in Valencia. The Account Manager will manage client relationships, coordinate account activities, and oversee the delivery of high-quality work in line with client expectations. Key responsibilities include developing and nurturing client partnerships, collaborating with internal teams, ensuring projects are executed successfully, and driving strategic growth opportunities for clients and the organization.

Qualifications

  • Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in strategic planning, project coordination, and managing deliverables within deadlines.
  • Knowledge of brand strategy, UX principles, and creative solutions to support client initiatives.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, coupled with problem-solving abilities.
  • Capability to analyze and evaluate client needs to identify new business opportunities and growth areas.
  • Experience with digital tools, marketing strategies, and project management software is beneficial.
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
