At Revlon, we are seeking a dynamic, visionary, and highly adaptable Demand Planner to join our international team in Barcelona, working within a multinational environment.
The role:
- Build and manage demand forecasts (volume & value) through the S&OP process
- Develop mid- to long-term plans (up to 18 months) and short-term weekly forecasts
- Analyze sales history, POS data, inventory, and trends to identify risks and opportunities
- Partner with Marketing on new product launches and discontinuations (forecast assumptions, cannibalization, rankings)
- Collaborate with Sales to define pipeline needs
- Communicate demand projections to Finance
- Track and report key KPIs: Forecast Accuracy & Bias, Service Level, Stock Coverage, Business Waste
- Identify gaps in the demand plan and drive corrective actions
- Manage demand changes within the time fence in coordination with Supply Planning
- Drive continuous improvement in forecast accuracy and planning processes
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree (Business, Engineering, ADE or similar).
- 3-5y experience in supply chain, at least 2y in Demand Planning.
- SAP or any other planning system.
- Excel mastery (Power BI valuable).
- Business driven mindset.
- S&OP experience (valuable).
Skills
- Strong analytical capability and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work difficult tasks through to completion.
- Ability to collaborate with other departments to reach a common goal.
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain principles.
- Desire to learn and grow in the position and company.
- English working proficiency required. Other European languages will be considered as an asset.
- Ability to work in conditions which include multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities in tight deadlines.
