Senior QA Engineer
Hybrid working model with 3 days in our vibrant Barcelona office
The Role
As a Senior Test Engineer, you will build upon the core competencies of previous test engineering roles by not only delivering high-quality, efficient testing but also stepping into leadership responsibilities. This includes mentoring, coaching, influencing best practices, and occasionally leading test teams or initiatives. You’ll be recognised as a domain expert, capable of reviewing the work of others, and driving innovation through proof-of-concept projects involving new testing methodologies and tools. Ultimately, your role is to shape the direction of testing within your function—bringing the wider team, not just testers, along with you on the journey toward continuous improvement and excellence.
