We’re looking for a dynamic People Business Partner to play a key role in shaping our people strategy and driving business success for our colleagues in Iberia. This is a hybrid opportunity which requires 3 days a week in our Madrid office.
Responsabilidades principales What will I be doing?
We are looking for a dynamic People Business Partner to collaborate with business leaders and drive strategic HR initiatives that support our organizational goals. In this role, you will work closely with leaders to understand department challenges and provide proactive HR solutions that enhance business performance. You will play a critical role in talent management, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, retention, and career development to ensure we have the right people in place. Your expertise in employee relations will help create a positive work environment, resolving conflicts, addressing grievances, and providing coaching on workplace issues.
As a key partner in change management, you will support teams through restructures, culture shifts, and other organizational transformations. You will also lead learning and development initiatives, identifying training needs and implementing programs that align employee skills with business objectives. Your focus on employee engagement will involve conducting surveys, gathering feedback, and implementing initiatives that drive motivation and retention.
Additionally, you will ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations, effectively communicating guidelines and best practices across the organization. Using data-driven insights, you will track HR metrics, analyse trends, and make informed decisions that contribute to business success. - Fostering the safety culture leading by example.
- Following established safety procedures and reporting potential hazards promptly helps maintain a secure and efficient workplace.
- Participating in safety training sessions and adhering to preventive guidelines and procedures, the objective is minimizing risks and protecting yourself and the rest of your colleagues.
- You must have strong knowledge of Portuguese labour law and have carried out an HR role supporting colleague's in Portugal in the past.
- We’re seeking an experienced People Business Partner with at least significant experience in HR, a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (a Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus).
- You should have a strong understanding of HR practices, employment law, and business operations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
- You’ll need expertise in HRIS systems, performance management tools, and other HR software, as well as strong organizational and project management skills. We value business acumen, leadership influence, and a passion for employee development and organizational growth.
