Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Accommodation Manager to join
our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing
the accommodation & housekeeping department, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness,
comfort, and service are maintained throughout the hotel. You will support the Hotel Manager
and the General Manager in always ensuring the smooth operation of the overall hotel.
The responsibilities of the role will include:
● Responsible for the day-to-day management of all assigned operational functions
● Leading an accommodation management team in delivering a market-leading guest
experience
● Working proactively to increase rooms revenue
● Working with the People & Culture department to ensure rosters are in line with
projected budgets
● To be aware of and analyse all forthcoming business
● Working with the senior management team in the preparation of annual budgets
● Working on various hotel projects, refurbishment projects and system updates as
required
● Driving all aspects of product integrity management across all departments
● In the role of Executive Accommodation Manager, you will be an ambassador for the
hotel, and you will be passionate about delivering world-class service to our guests. The
ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, or be looking to take the next step in

The Role
As a Senior Test Engineer, you will build upon the core competencies of previous test engineering roles by not only delivering high-quality, efficient testing but also stepping into leadership responsibilities. This includes mentoring, coaching, influencing best practices, and occasionally leading test teams or initiatives. You’ll be recognised as a domain expert, capable of reviewing the work of others, and driving innovation through proof-of-concept projects involving new testing methodologies and tools. Ultimately, your role is to shape the direction of testing within your function—bringing the wider team, not just testers, along with you on the journey toward continuous improvement and excellence.

- System Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the system under test to support accurate risk assessment, mitigation planning, and the creation and execution of detailed test artefacts.
- Strategic Test Planning: Design and implement targeted testing approaches across various development stages, including rapid, risk-based, exploratory, regression, security, and usability testing.
- Continuous Improvement: Actively monitor technology trends and continuously enhance product and system knowledge to evolve Sage’s testing standards and practices.
- Automation Leadership: Review, maintain, and optimize existing automation suites to ensure they are efficient, maintainable, and aligned with project goals.
- Team Leadership: Demonstrate leadership by producing meaningful test metrics, mentoring and coaching team members, influencing testing strategies, and leading short-term teams or proof-of-concept initiatives.
- End-to-End Ownership: Take full responsibility for the testing phase, collaborating with your own team and coordinating cross-divisional testing efforts where required.
- Knowledge Sharing: Promote a culture of collaboration by sharing knowledge across teams, disciplines, and locations.
- Business Agility: Adapt to evolving business needs by taking on additional tasks and responsibilities as directed.

Requirements:
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience in designing, developing, and testing software applications.

- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), including their architecture, capabilities, and limitations. Familiarity with platforms like AWS Bedrock (Anthropic Claude, etc.) is beneficial.

- Understanding of API design and development.
