Job Title: Interim European Internal Communications Specialist

Job Overview

We are seeking an immediately available strategic and culturally fluent Interim Internal Communications Consultant to lead, develop, and deliver effective internal communications across the European operations. This role plays a key part in driving employee engagement, supporting organisational change, and ensuring alignment with our corporate values, brand, and business objectives across diverse European markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement region-wide internal communication strategies tailored to local markets while aligning with global messaging.
• Support change communication initiatives such as restructuring, M&A, or digital transformation across European business units.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, HR, and other departments to ensure transparent, timely, and effective communication with employees.
• Create compelling content (emails, newsletters, intranet updates, leadership messages, videos, etc.) that resonates with multicultural audiences.
• Advise and coach regional leaders on communication best practices, tone, and delivery.
• Manage communication channels, ensuring they are used effectively to reach diverse employee groups.
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communication efforts and continuously refine strategies based on feedback and insights.
• Support the development of employee engagement campaigns and initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture.

To be considered you will be an experienced in internal communications, in a European or international corporate environment. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential.Strong intercultural communication skills and sensitivity to regional nuances. Proven ability to manage complex projects across multiple countries and time zones. Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
