Project Overview

We are looking for Catalan speakers to participate in a remote localization project aimed at enhancing AI language models and voice technologies. The work will include reviewing, localizing, recording, and annotating Catalan text to ensure the content is natural, accurate, and high quality.

Key Responsibilities

Text Review & Localization

Refine and adjust sentences for grammar, fluency, and a natural, conversational tone.

Voice Recording

Record 500 short sentences (10–20 seconds each) in a clear and natural manner, using a smartphone or microphone in a quiet setting.

Data Annotation

Tag and label elements such as phone numbers, email addresses, and locations in line with project requirements.

Qualifications

• Catalan speaker (all dialects welcome)
• Clear and natural speaking voice with strong reading ability
• Detail-oriented with excellent comprehension skills
• Comfortable using smartphones or computers for recording tasks
• Able to work independently and follow specific guidelines
• Prior experience in localization or linguistics is a plus, but not mandatory
