Through an omnichannel strategy, Vision Healthcare connects with consumers via direct-to-consumer channels including social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram), live shopping, influencer collaborations, and marketplaces such as TikTok Shop, Amazon, and Rakuten. This approach allows the company to create engaging, interactive, and conversion-driven customer experiences.
Brands like N2 Natural Nutrition, Tummy Tox… have established a strong presence in social commerce and digital marketplaces, particularly in Southern Europe, leveraging short-form video content, creators, and live selling to drive growth.
We are offering a paid internship opportunity within our Marketing Department, with a strong focus on social media, content strategy, and TikTok Shop performance.
Main responsibilities:
- Build and grow the TikTok creator and affiliate network from scratch, actively managing TikTok Shop partnerships.
- Interact daily with creators and influencers, negotiating collaborations and supporting their growth.
- Develop creative content briefs for affiliates and creators to maximize product performance on TikTok.
- Manage TikTok brand pages, create and publish content, and amplify the best-performing affiliate content (paid collaborations included).
- Create, manage, and train affiliate communities, while incentivizing performance and engagement.
- Collaborate with the TikTok Hub in Spain to define paid advertising strategies and select partners for additional ad support.
- Analyze performance data continuously (views, clicks, revenue) and optimize content and campaigns accordingly.

After the learning period, you will be prepared to independently manage creator and affiliate programs.
You will participate in regular meetings with senior stakeholders and the TikTok Hub team in Spain.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Online Marketing, Media, Communication, Business, or similar field.
- TikTok & Instagram native: deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms.
- Creative mindset with strong storytelling and video content skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills for working with creators and influencers.
- Native Spanish speaker with excellent English (written and spoken). Advanced level of French or Italian required.
- Proactive, autonomous, and team-oriented attitude with a strong passion for social media marketing and relationship building.
Working hours:
- Presential work
- Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 17:15 (45 min lunch break). Fridays from 8:00 to 14:00.
- Salary: 700€ gross
