A little bit more on the role:

As a recruiter at Yobbers, you will inspire people to discover the world, as you will be the contact person between the job seeker and the employer. You will be responsible for incoming applications and matching candidates with the needs of the employers abroad. We focus on personal support, as we want to help job seekers and employers in the best possible way. Our team has experience of working and living abroad themselves, which helps us guide candidates who want to embark on the same adventure!

We are looking for a recruiter who is motivated, persistent, shows initiative and likes to go the extra mile to take Yobbers to the next level. Experience in customer service and/or recruitment is a plus, but the ability to listen and empathise with potential candidates is crucial.

What do I bring to the table?

• You are fluent in Dutch and English
• You have a Bachelor's degree
• Experience in customer service and/or recruitment is an advantage
• You are ambitious, goal-oriented and have a proactive mindset
• You are a real team player, but can also work independently
• You are available full-time (40 hours a week)
• You are willing to work the occasional evening/Saturday shift

What will I do?

• Fill all vacancies from our international employers
• Optimise our recruitment process
• Conduct phone interviews with our candidates
• Assist potential candidates with their queries via phone, email and chat
• Maintain contact with international employers
• Actively search for potential candidates via our database or other channels
