Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job Description

As a Junior Data Analyst, you will be part of our corporate team, working closely with various departments to transform data into insights and value-added solutions that support strategic decision making and improve performance across the organization.
Your missions
- Design, develop and deploy machine learning models to solve business problems
- Collect, clean and process structured and unstructured data from multiple sources
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to uncover trends and patterns
- Develop dashboards and data visualization tools to communicate findings
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate models into operational systems
- Validate models and ensure robustness, scalability, and reliability
- Stay up to date with the latest data science trends, technologies, and best practices
- Document solutions, prepare technical reports, and present results to stakeholders
- Academic background: Master’s degree or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or similar
- Experience with data manipulation and analysis using Python and libraries like pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn
- Proficiency in machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling techniques
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Plotly
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and databases (SQL, NoSQL)
- Fluent English. French is a plus.
- You are analytical, curious, and business-oriented, with excellent communication skills
