We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Trainee to join our People & Culture Unit. Someone who loves to take new challenges and wants to grow with us!

If you have finished your Bachelor's degree and you are studying for a master's degree / postgraduate course, we are waiting for you!

In the People & Culture unit, you will learn and give support to the team in the following tasks:

•Job posting

•Screening and review applications

•Language and technical tests

•First phone interviews

•Support in P&C interviews

•Contact person for applicants

•Support in Branding projects

•Other administrative tasks assigned within the People&Culture unit.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Completed)
• Master’s degree in Human Resources/ Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment - Currently studying
• Fluent in English (C1) & Spanish
• Advanced IT level – (MS Office)
