Description:

Daily duties of the team:

• Respond to customer requests via email, chat and video call.
• Manage these requests and resolve them as soon as possible or pass the report on to the technical team for resolution.
• Follow up on incidents and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Once your knowledge of the product is more advanced: upgrade plans, post sales, module activation.
• Support the team in other markets as needed.
• Translation of online support for new launches (on demand).
• Support at customer events in the market.
• Support in market development and system adaptation.

• Native or bilingual in Spanish and French
• Proactive and positive attitude
• Service oriented
• You are a technology geek. If you know our products is a plus.

• Knowledge of other additional languages: English

Avoir de l’expérience ou une formation dans les domaines suivants sera pour toi des atouts pour récolter ce poste : gestion des pièces, conseil, technique, entretien ou réparation.

Ton Champ De Responsabilités

En tant que commis aux pièces :

• Tu réponds aux besoins des clients avec courtoisie, tant au téléphone qu’en succursale.
• Tu réponds et tu fournis aux mécaniciens les pièces dont ils ont besoin et tu t’assures que les informations sont inscrites sur le bon de travail.
• Tu participes aux activités de réception et d’expédition de la marchandise.
• Tu contribues à la gestion de l’inventaire en utilisant un système efficace de classification, de localisation et de rotation.
• Tu collabores à l’aménagement de la salle de montre selon les promotions et les saisons.
