We are a leading sports experiences company, organizing premium international programs such as the Rafa Nadal Academy tennis camps and the Real Madrid soccer camps, as well as exclusive trips for athletes around the world.

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Social Media Manager based in Madrid, who will be responsible for managing and growing our presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn. This role involves creating high-quality content, generating engaging stories from our experiences, and ensuring that the voice of Avanza Sports reflects the excellence of the brands we partner with.

• Plan, create, and manage content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Attend our experiences in Madrid and Mallorca to capture and produce content on-site.
• Produce engaging short-form video content using a smartphone.
• Develop creative strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness.
• Ensure attention to detail when representing top global brands such as the Rafa Nadal Academy and Real Madrid.
• Monitor performance, analyze metrics, and optimize content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media with broader business goals.

• Based in Madrid (remote work, but presence in the city is essential).
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Experience in social media management and content creation.
• Passion for sports and storytelling.
• Skilled in smartphone video creation and editing.
• Willingness to travel, mainly to Mallorca.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive personality with the ability to bring fresh ideas.
