This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant located in Madrid. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing expense reports, and offering executive support. Daily tasks will include scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, coordinating travel plans, preparing documents, and other administrative duties as needed.
