For over 10 years, we have supported farmers, cooperatives, and agri-food companies across 18 countries, helping them transition toward farming systems that restore soils, biodiversity, and ecosystems - while maintaining strong agronomic and economic performance.

As we expand our activities in Spain, we are building a local team to work directly with farmers and partners on the ground.

Post Description

We are looking for motivated professionals based in Spain, fluent in Spanish and English, who want to actively contribute to the transition toward regenerative agriculture.

We Are Open To Different Technical Profiles, In Particular

• Agronomists
• Agricultural Project Managers
  
  

• Conducting farm audits and technical assessments aligned with regenerative agriculture principles
• Supporting and coordinating regenerative agriculture projects in Italy and abroad
• Carrying out field visits and providing tailored agronomic advice
• Developing farm-specific action plans, identifying strengths, risks, and improvement pathways
• Organizing and delivering training sessions, workshops, and field days
• Supporting on-farm trials and pilot projects
• Preparing technical reports and project documentation
• Representing BIOSPHERES during meetings, trainings, and sector events
• Contributing to the development and enrichment of our technical and project databases

• Based in Spain
• Fluent in Spanish and English (French is a plus, not required)
• Degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, Zootechnics, or related field
• Previous experience in farm advisory, consulting, or agricultural projects is an advantage
• Strong interest in regenerative, low-carbon, or sustainable agriculture
• Comfortable working both in the field and with data/reporting
• Independent, well-organized, and motivated
• Strong communication and training facilitation skills
• Driving license (category B) required.
