Job Summary:
As an Operations Support Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our sales operations, providing essential support that keeps clients’ orders running smoothly and efficiently. You'll work closely with our sales team and other departments, gaining valuable experience in various aspects of business operations.

What you Will Do:
- Empower Sales: Provide direct operational and administrative support to our sales department, focusing on seamless order management from start to finish.
- Master Our Systems: Become proficient in our ERP/CRM systems, ensuring all data and records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Collaborate & Connect: Work hand-in-hand with teams like finance to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and an excellent customer experience.
- Track & Optimize: Monitor and track orders to ensure timely delivery and help us optimize resource allocation.
- Data Detective: Maintain meticulous records of inventory, orders, and other crucial operational data.
- Logistics Liaison: Coordinate with our logistics partners to ensure goods and services are delivered efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Customer Champion: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring our clients have a positive experience with every interaction.
Who You Are:
- A Go-Getter: You're enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to take on new challenges. No experience? No problem! We'll teach you everything you need to know. Knowledge of logistics and transportation regulations and supply chain is a plus.
