Role Description
This is a part time (20hr) on-site role for a Studio Administrator at BITSCAPES in Valencia with a potential of growing into full time position.

As our Studio Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting both daily studio operations and long-term organizational needs.
Your Responsibilities May Include
Managing studio correspondence, calls, and scheduling
Organizing meetings, travel, and internal calendars
Handling basic accounting tasks (invoices, receipts, vendor coordination)
Supporting HR processes (contracts, onboarding, documentation)
Maintaining studio supplies, equipment, and workspace organization
Assisting with project documentation, filing, and administrative workflows
Coordinating with clients, consultants, and suppliers
Helping prepare presentations, reports, and internal communications
Qualifications
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English
Proficiency with office software (Google Workspace, MS Office; knowledge of design studio tools is a plus)
Previous administrative or studio management experience (architectural/creative background preferred, but not required)
A friendly, proactive attitude and the ability to work independently
Legal right to work in Spain
