We are hiring a Store Operations Supervisor to join our team in La Roca on a 1-year fixed-term contract. Reporting into the store leadership team, you will lead a team of two colleagues while ensuring operational excellence across the store. This role plays a key part in delivering an exceptional employee and customer experience through strong leadership, effective execution and a continuous focus on service and efficiency. At Burberry, you will help create an environment where our people can thrive and our customers experience the very best of our brand.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, coach and support a team of two, fostering an inclusive and high-performing store environment.
- Champion the employee experience by driving engagement, development and positive team behaviours.
- Deliver a seamless customer journey by ensuring operational excellence and a consistently elevated service experience.
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring processes, standards and compliance requirements are executed effectively.
- Support commercial performance by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity and service delivery.
- Collaborate with store leadership to drive business objectives and contribute to the overall success of the La Roca store.
PERSONAL PROFILE
- Previous experience in a retail store operations, supervisory or team leadership role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple responsibilities.
- A people-focused leader who enjoys developing others and building positive team relationships.
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage and collaborate across different teams.
- Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service standards.
- Proactive, adaptable and solutions-oriented, with a focus on continuous improvement.
