Málaga center Office position.Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Management:Oversee the overall functioning of the office, ensuring a safe and well-organized work environment.Coordinate the purchase and maintenance of office supplies and equipment.Administration:Organize and manage the office schedule, including meetings, appointments, and events.Perform reception and support tasks, including handling calls, emails, clients and correspondence.Executive Support:Assist management and other executives with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.Manage confidential documentation, ensuring its integrity and privacy.Job Requirements:Experience: Minimum of (3) years of experience in a similar role.Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to solve problems and make decisions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.Knowledge: Proficiency in resource management, administration, CRM and office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.
