Role Overview
We’re looking for a sharp, reliable Copywriter to help B2B leaders turn their expertise into compelling LinkedIn content that drives engagement and revenue.
You’ll work closely with GTM strategists, ABM leads, and our content ops team to transform raw material—voice notes, transcripts, call recordings, bullet outlines—into polished posts that resonate with the client’s ideal customer profile (ICP).
This is a high-output, creative role where your writing will directly shape how clients are perceived by their audience.
Responsibilities
- Write 3–5 LinkedIn posts per week across multiple client accounts.
- Turn raw inputs into clear, engaging content that reflects the client’s authentic voice.
- Align posts with proven frameworks that perform on LinkedIn (educational, opinion, storytelling).
- Support account-based sales plays and brand positioning through content.
- Edit and refine posts based on strategic feedback and performance data.
- Participate in team brainstorms and editorial feedback loops.
- Stay on top of GTM, sales, and B2B trends across industries (learning directly from experts).
Qualifications
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
- Ability to adapt tone and style to match multiple client voices.
- Clear, persuasive, and concise writing style that drives engagement.
- Strong research skills; can understand complex topics quickly.
- Comfortable with async collaboration using Slack, Notion, and Loom.
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong time management.
Bonus Points
- Experience writing LinkedIn posts for founders, executives, or brands.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn trends, storytelling formats, and growth strategies.
- Background in B2B, GTM, sales, SaaS, or tech.
- Ability to spot strong hooks and structure content for conversion.

What We're Looking For
We’re hiring a Content Designer to bring clarity and creativity to our founder’s daily LinkedIn content. You’ll craft carousels, infographics, diagrams, and lightweight motion to make complex ideas simple, scannable, and shareable.
You’ll collaborate with the Head of Personal Brand to turn ideas into scroll-stopping creative that fits our voice and elevates our brand.
Responsibilities
- Design LinkedIn carousels, infographics, and visuals that drive saves & shares.
- Translate concepts, frameworks, and data into clear visual narratives.
- Maintain a modular brand kit and template system to ship fast with consistency.
- Prepare export-ready assets for LinkedIn, and adapt visuals for other platforms when needed
- Iterate based on performance data and audience feedback.
Qualifications
- Portfolio showing standout social carousels/infographics (send link + Figma files).
- Mastery of Figma and strong typographic/layout skills.
- Ability to simplify complex ideas visually with strong information design.
- Reliable file management, versioning, and handoff practices.
Bonus Points
- Light motion (After Effects, Premiere, CapCut) for simple animations/edits.
- Experience with B2B, SaaS, or tech content.
- Knowledge of accessibility and mobile-first readability.
