What You Will Do In This Role

As a Post Sales Supervisor on our team, you will:
- Monitor and report team performance
- Give agents feedback on their individual and motivate team members
- Participate in the recruitment process close to HR Department
- Organize and optimize shifts
- Make sure processes and procedures are up to date and adhered to take overflow calls / tickets
- Take incoming customer calls (via telephone, email, voicemail, pager, or other automated alerts), log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA
- Guide on selling techniques for complex outbound driven sales
- Maintain knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers

Job Description
The Associate Director, Account Management leads and grows a portfolio of domestic accounts. This Sales Professional will actively engage with clients to sell new products, solutions, and services to existing
clients across multiple industries. This professional generate leads;
develops targets into clients and meets revenue and profit goals as assigned by sales leadership.
Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for selected key accounts and build long-term, successful client relationships as a strategic partner.
- Be the central point of contact for our clients, collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver seamless solutions.
- Develop innovative strategies with clients, enabling the use of cutting-edge technologies.
- Ensure smooth implementation of agreed solutions with a clear focus on quality and excellent customer experience.
- Present our portfolio convincingly to decision-makers and drive the expansion of existing customer relationships in the Spanish region.
- Be accountable (with the operational teams) of the P&L results of your accounts.

- Bachelor's Degree in related field from a four-year college or university with five years or more years
- BPO sales experience is highly desired
- Expert in communication skills and styles, both written and verbal. Demonstrated ability to effectively present information to internal and external associates
- Proven ability to lead and organize multi-disciplinary projects and initiatives in a fast-paced and deadline oriented business environment with industry impact
- Proven ability to champion significant projects, programs, and business initiatives using creativity and Ingenuity
- Mastery of the organization's business operations and industry. Externally recognized as subject matter
- External Thought Leader with proven ability to significantly influence
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Is recognized as an external thought leader within strategic function or discipline. Influences the strategy
to address internal or external business and regulatory issues. Proactively identifies, defines, and solves
the most complex problems that impact the management and direction of the business. Significantly

As An Operations Manager On Our Team, You Will
- Lead and support team of Supervisors
- Work on monitoring and improving KPIs and operational processes
