About the role
We are looking for a Junior Motion Grapher to join the creative team of an international FMCG brand. The ideal candidate has 3-4 years of experience creating engaging motion graphics.
You will work on a variety of projects, from text and logo animations to illustration-based motion assets, helping bring the brand’s visual identity to life. A good understanding of social media language and trends is essential, as many projects will be adapted for different platforms and audiences.
Responsibilities
- Create motion graphics for campaigns across digital and social media platforms.
- Animate text, logos, and illustrations following brand guidelines and tone of voice.
- Support with transcreation of visual assets for multiple markets.
- Edit simple video content using Adobe Premiere.
- Adapt and optimize motion content for various social media formats.
- Deliver assets on time and ensure quality and consistency across channels.
- Stay up-to-date with digital trends, social media best practices, and contemporary visual references.
- Work autonomously, bringing ideas and solutions without needing constant guidance.
- Experiment creatively with motion and video editing to enhance engagement and impact.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience as a Motion Grapher or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.
- Experience in graphic design and a good eye for typography and composition.
- Understanding of social media trends and digital storytelling.
- Experience with AI tools for creative design or motion is a strong plus.
- Experience in agency environments and proficiency in creating social media video content are considered strong assets.

You will partner closely with strategists, copywriters, motion designers, and senior creatives to elevate ideas from concept to execution. A curiosity for AI creative tools and how they can enhance modern workflows is a strong plus.
What You Will Do
