Fall Creek is creating a world with better blueberries through its friendly, collaborative team spread across the globe. To help us accomplish this, we are seeking a qualified HR Generalist This position will be located in the region of Seville (Spain).
INTERNATIONAL
- Expatriate management: Coordinate transfers from selection to repatriation, including visas and logistical support for employees.
- Visas and immigration: Oversee work permit processes and ensure compliance with immigration regulations.
- Regional coordination: Serve as the point of reference for employees in the region, regardless of the country in which they operate.
- Interim HR: Serve as the HR manager in countries where there is no HR department.
- Recruitment: Coordinate talent selection and hiring processes in the region. Also responsible for assigned processes.
- Intercultural training: Train employees and leaders to work effectively in contexts with different cultural backgrounds.
- International hiring: Oversee the hiring and payroll processes in collaboration with local suppliers in countries where there is no HR department.
- Offboarding: Coordinate and/or conduct exit interviews with employees when requested in any country in the Region.
- Coordinate with the Recruitment department of HR Central Service on implementation and improvement projects in the Recruitment area.
- Coordinate the assignment of recruitment processes across the region.
- Carry out selection processes from the detection of need to employee onboarding.
- Coordinate announcements of new employees and promotions.
- Sourcing and Headhunting: Actively search for passive candidates who are not looking for work but fit specialized profiles.
- Employer Branding: Promote the employer brand to attract high-quality talent and improve the company's reputation, in coordination with Marketing
- Establish resume screening and interview criteria to assess cultural and technical suitability.
- Psychometric and Competency Tests: Apply personality, logic, or technical knowledge assessments to validate skills.
- Prepare Selection Reports, comparing finalists to facilitate decision-making by management.
- Offer Negotiation: Manage communication of the financial offer, benefits, and working conditions with the chosen candidate.
- Reference Checking: Validate the professional background and history of shortlisted candidates.
- Ensure Pre-Onboarding, a smooth transition from contract signing to the employee's first day at the company.
- Manage Onboarding, the technical and cultural induction of new employees to facilitate their integration.
- As a member of the EMEA HR team, provide support to different HR areas when required.
