About the role:
The Account Manager is a sales role responsible for contract value retention as well as growth through contract expansion by introducing new products and services. The territory for this role includes specific mid-sized clients in the Iberia region with revenue targets between $50 million - $750 million per year.
This role is for native-level Spanish speakers and is aligned to the Barcelona office. You must live within a commutable distance. - Act as a strategic partner with C-level and senior executives across various organizations within an assigned territory of mid-sized organizations.
- Manage and renew member research contracts.
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close.
- Extensive support: work closely with and learn from colleagues, mentors, and managers.

- Fluency in Spanish as well as English.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (any discipline welcome, but we see particular success from Business and/or Management backgrounds).

- Preferred experience in a professional setting with evidence of prior sales or target focused success.
- Excellent communication skill-set to deliver high impact presentations to top executives.

About this role:
Gartner is looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of digital workplace technology to drive awareness and adoption of our tools and services. The product manager will build and foster strong relationships with associates and vendors and represent the products throughout their lifecycle.
What you’ll do:
- Champion the use of and drive adoption of our digital workplace tools like Microsoft365, Microsoft Sharepoint, Google Workspace, Cisco Webex, and others
- Manage relationships with our key software vendors to share use cases, develop solutions, and roadmaps
- Maintain a deep understanding of the existing and emerging technology for workplace tools
- Develop and manage focus groups and feedback mechanisms to listen to the “voice of the customer” to how we can improve the solutions we provide
- Lead internal technical communities and present on new technologies
- Work closely with digital workplace teammates to identify the most impactful changes to implement and support for stakeholders, employees, and engineers
- Create and share our digital workplace technology vision and roadmap with our BU partners and leadership
- Work closely with our communications partners to translate technical enhancements and features into understandable content
- Collect and present data on our tool usage and translate them into actionable deliverables
- Developing and maintaining a strategic roadmap for M365 adoption and optimization.
- Aligning M365 initiatives with overall business goals and digital transformation strategies.
- Staying abreast of the latest M365 features and updates, and evaluating their potential impact on the organization.
- Overseeing the implementation, configuration, and management of M365 applications, including Teams, SharePoint Online, and other relevant tools.
- Ensuring the security, scalability, and efficiency of the M365 environment.
- Managing M365 licensing and subscriptions
- Driving user adoption of M365 tools through training, communication, and support.
- Gathering user feedback and analyzing usage data to identify areas for improvement.
- Creating and maintaining documentation and training materials.
- Facilitating the best usage of M365 for collaboration and productivity.
- Leading M365-related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborating with technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
- Managing project risks and issues
- Acting as a liaison between IT, business units, and end-users.
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
