Responsibilities

Planning and executing international logistics/export operations

for used industrial machinery transactions:

• Sea, road and air shipments
• Export documentation
• Customs procedures.
• Incoterms 2020
• Customer service
• Assisting our Head of Logistics in daily operations
• Assisting our Sales Department on logistics issues

Skills & Requirements

• Proactive and structured working style with a strong hands-on mentality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (German or other languages are a plus) – confident in engaging with customers and service partners
• Determination, resilience, and reliability in following through processes
• Used to work under pressure
• Being a resolutive personality
• Studies and/or professional experience related to International Logistics (road, sea, air)
• Familiar with Incoterms and export/customs procedures
