Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions. Assist with special requests, such as room preferences or additional services. Communication:
Answer And Direct Incoming Calls To The Appropriate Department. Respond To Emails And Messages In a Timely And Courteous Manner. Relay Messages And Information To Guests And Staff Members. Payment Handling
Process guest payments and ensure accuracy. Handle cash transactions and provide receipts. Resolve billing discrepancies and issues. Administrative Tasks:
Maintain a Neat And Organized Front Desk Area. Complete Daily Reports And Record-keeping. Assist With Administrative Tasks As Assigned By Management. Problem Resolution
Address and resolve guest complaints or issues. Collaborate with other departments to solve problems efficiently. escalate issues to the management when necessary.
