Role Description
The Customer Support Specialist is responsible for handling customer inquiries, complaints, and technical support requests. This is a hybrid role located in Valencia with some remote work flexibility. A Customer Support Specialist will interact with customers via email or online chat (intercom) to resolve issues and provide exceptional support. Other responsibilities include maintaining customer satisfaction metrics and documenting customer interactions for future reference.
Qualifications
- Customer Support and Technical Support skills
- Experience in handling highly technical issues, and being familiar with programming languages
- Interpersonal skills to engage with customers and provide excellent customer service
- Analytical skills to understand and resolve customer inquiries and concerns
- Familiarity with customer satisfaction metrics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish (the more languages you can speak, the better!)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Formal education in a relevant field (preferably related to IT)
- Experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote or hybrid environment
- Understanding cloud computing and privacy practices is a plus
