As a Junior Alliance Manager at ISG’s Madrid office, you will support the development and management of strategic relationships, assist in recruiting senior profiles such as Managing Partners, and contribute to building and maintaining ISG’s international network. You will be akey part of our team, ensuring smooth coordination of recruitment and alliance activities while gaining exposure to strategic decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the building and maintenance of relationships with strategic partners.
- Assist in coordinating interviews and meetings with senior profiles.
- Help source, pre-screen, and evaluate potential candidates under the guidance of senior team members.
- Collaborate with internal teams and international candidates in English, German, and Spanish.
- Support training sessions and onboarding activities for new team members and partners.
Requirements
- Minimum experience not required but considered as a plus
- Intercultural sensitivity
- Strong communication skills
- Minimum university degree
- High level of German and Spanish

A multinational engineering and technology company with a strong global presence is seeking a HR Generalist to join its HR team in the Barcelona office (Gavà). The organization specializes in innovation-driven engineering solutions and fosters a collaborative, fast-paced work environment.
As part of a growing HR team, you’ll support a wide range of HR processes including HR administration, employee lifecycle tasks, onboarding, timekeeping, and more. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to deepen their HR knowledge in a dynamic international setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR files, records, and documentation
- Handle timekeeping management and respond to common HR inquiries (benefits, policies, hiring process)
- Support onboarding processes and ensure smooth integration of new hires
- Coordinate documentation and data entry in the company’s global HRIS system
- Assist with preparation of offer letters, contracts, and reference checks
- Act as a liaison with benefits providers and vendors
- Support in risk prevention and occupational health documentation (PRL)
- Conduct audits of HR records to ensure compliance
- Assist the HR Manager in administrative and recruitment support tasks
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Previous HR-related experience
- High level of confidentiality and discretion
- Strong computer skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Self-starter with a proactive, hands-on approach
- Familiarity with local labor laws is a plus
- Experience working in fast-paced, international environments is desirable
