👉Your role?
- Manage the end to end recruitment cycle for all IT positions
- Manage top of funnel recruiting including research, sourcing & candidate assessment.
- Use social media for proactive sourcing and post job offers.
- Develop innovative strategy around finding top talent.
- Work mostly on technical roles (Backend, Frontend, Mobile, QA, Data etc.) but also on PM, CTO, SM roles.
- Manage your pipeline of candidates and identify what future opportunities they may be a fit for
- Conduct initial interviews for candidate screening.
- Evaluate candidates based on their interview and assignment performance
- Building long-term relationships with potential candidates.
✌️What would make you a great candidate?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Labor Relations or similar.
- High level of English (spoken and written).
- Team-player, detail-oriented, organized and good communication skills.
- Passion for the IT world.
