Job Title: Business Analyst – Mobile Applications

Location: Madrid, Spain (Client Site)

Work Model: Hybrid (2–3 Days/Week)

Language Requirements (in order of preference):

1. English + Spanish
2. Note: Must be open to travel within France, Portugal, and Greece. Travel expenses covered as per company policy.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to lead mobile application initiatives, aligning business goals with technology solutions. The role requires strong analytical skills, agile experience, and proven stakeholder management, particularly with European clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for mobile app projects.
• Evaluate business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Create and manage functional specifications, user stories, and project documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate implementation.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and support UAT.
• Monitor project status and report progress.
• Provide advisory support on IT strategy, governance, and development processes.
• Assist with pre-sales and business development.
• Track KPIs and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience with European clients.
• Fluent in English and at least one additional language (Spanish, French, Greek, or Portuguese).
• Strong knowledge of Agile, greenfield, and migration projects.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Figma, and analytics tools.
• CBAP or equivalent certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• E-commerce and B2C mobile app experience.
• UX design understanding.
• Knowledge of mobile development frameworks.
• Background in digital transformation and customer experience.
• Familiarity with GDPR and European data privacy laws.
