As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of Jimmy Choo for our valued customers in our Greater Marbella Metropolitan Area boutique. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will provide exceptional customer service, foster lasting client relationships, and contribute to achieving sales targets. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with product selection, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, restocking inventory, and staying up-to-date on brand knowledge. You will also represent Jimmy Choo’s core values of luxury, inclusivity, and outstanding service in every customer interaction.

• Retail sales and customer service skills with prior experience in a luxury or high-end retail environment
• Knowledge of fashion trends, luxury goods, and premium customer experience
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities
• Organizational and time management skills, including the ability to multitask effectively
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
• Passion for luxury fashion and an understanding of the Jimmy Choo brand and values
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to diversity and an inclusive workplace
