E-commerce & Social Media Assistant

**Women Fashion Brand | Jávea, Spain**

We're looking for a smart, organised and creative person to join our growing fashion brand in Jávea.

This is primarily an office-based role where you'll help execute our day-to-day ecommerce and digital marketing activities. Around 95% of your work will be computer-based, working with content, ecommerce, social media, AI tools and performance data.

We're not looking for a senior marketing strategist. We're looking for someone who enjoys getting things done, pays attention to detail and likes improving processes and results every day.

Attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn are far more important than years of experience.

## What you'll be doing

• Creating, editing and planning content for Instagram, TikTok and other social media channels

• Managing daily posting and helping grow our social media presence

• Assisting with paid advertising across Meta and other digital platforms

• Helping create newsletters and email marketing campaigns

• Working with Shopify (or learning Shopify if you haven't used it before)

• Using AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve workflows and increase productivity

• Analysing ecommerce, social media and advertising performance

• Coordinating and planning photoshoots, including locations, products and practical logistics

• Supporting our ecommerce store and marketplace activities

• Helping maintain product information, campaigns and digital content

• Taking initiative with ideas for content, photos, videos and social media posts

## You might be a great fit if you

• Love social media and understand what creates engagement

• Have an eye for fashion, branding and aesthetics

• Are highly organised and enjoy working with details

• Like working with numbers, reports and performance data

• Have experience with, or are excited to learn, Shopify

• Have experience with, or are willing to learn, digital advertising platforms such as Meta Ads

• Are comfortable using Canva, CapCut, Excel or similar tools

• Are curious about AI and enjoy learning new digital tools

• Speak fluent English (Spanish is an advantage)

• Take responsibility, think for yourself and enjoy solving problems
