Due to continuous business growth and a strong study pipeline, we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based Clinical Trial Assistant to join our Clinical Operations team in Madrid. This position will work with our operational teams to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company’s success. Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of support tasks for departmental personnel/processes
- Perform administrative duties in conformity with company policies and procedures;
- Maintain databases/spreadsheets as necessary to facilitate tracking/documentation of departmental activities;
- Conduct quality control reviews of departmental documents as necessary;
- Support other departments on ad hoc projects; and
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
- BSc a Life Science subject is preferred;
- Experience in a health sciences or business setting;
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs;
- Attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish
