Your Mission
We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a business background and a passion for science, technology, and/or photonics. If you love connecting with people, solving challenges, and driving business growth, this is the role for you!
As an SDR, you will:
- Collaborate with the team to design and implement innovative sales strategies to expand our client pool and boost revenue - execute, test, and iterate until finding reliable and consistent conversion.
- Identify and research prospects to understand pain points, opportunities, and priorities to deliver tailored presentations.
- Travel 1–2 times per month for conferences/field sales to build relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Shorten sales cycles through meticulous follow-ups, and empathetic communication - Meet monthly sales targets.

- Persistent: You are resilient in closing deals and achieving goals.
- You are proactive, an autonomous learner and self-motivated.
- You are ready to take business trips in Europe, UK, Switzerland and North America (USA and Canada) with a valid VISA.
- Fluent proficiency in English.
Preferred
- Familiarity with working as a distributor for industrial manufacturers.
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or similar tools.
