The Sales Representative for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services.
Your Mission Will Be
- To achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory by effectively selling the company’s Microbiology products. Personally, contacts and secures new business customers.
- In line with the company’s policies and values, you will ensure the achievement of company’s targets in terms of revenue, margin and product mix, on strategic customers.
- Selling and promoting moderately complex company products.
- Implementing the sales plan designed to achieve established sales and financial goals.
- Participating in the establishment of sales targets and territory’s sales plan.
- Establishing, developing and maintaining business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products.
- Researching sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
- Developing clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
- Expediting the resolution of customer’s problems and complaints.
- Coordinating Sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups.
- Analyzing territory/market’s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customer’s value to the organization.
- Creating and managing a customer value plan for exiting customers highlighting profile, share and value opportunities.
- Managing reports on customer needs, problem, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Participating in trade shows and conventions.
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
- Scientific Degree (pref. MicroBiology, Biotechnology) is required
- Previous healthcare/medical commercial experience will be highly appreciated
- Knowledge of MicroBiology or Molecular Biology
- Results and sales oriented
- Customer oriented
- Strong negotiation skills
- Fluent in Spanish and English

Tasks
As a Local Writer, you will play a key role in fostering community connections through thoughtful, engaging, and informative writing. Your work will reflect the ethos of our brand, focusing on integration, cultural exchange, and supporting community members in need.

Requirements
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven experience as a writer or journalist, preferably focusing on community topics.
- Legal eligibility to work in Spain.
- Ownership of a reliable vehicle for attending events and conducting interviews.
- Deep understanding of the community and alignment with our mission to support cultural integration and the vulnerable.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with diverse groups of people.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is a strong advantage.
Track Record to Be Demonstrated
- Portfolio of published articles showcasing a focus on community, culture, or social topics.
- Evidence of engagement with local or regional communities.
- Ability to produce accurate, compelling, and deadline-driven content.
