About The Role

Are you passionate about using financial insights to shape the future of a fast-growing, global business ?

We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven FP&A Manager to play a key role in driving financial excellence, supporting leadership, and fostering collaboration across global teams .

In this role, you’ll go beyond the numbers — partnering with senior stakeholders across the organization to provide critical financial insights that fuel growth, profitability, and operational efficiency . You’ll own forecasting and financial planning , transforming complex data into compelling stories that drive strategic decision-making .

About The Role

Are you a creative storyteller who thrives in a fast-paced, design-driven environment? We’re looking for a versatile Graphic Designer to join our global Marketing & Communications (MarComm) team.

In this role, you’ll bring the Ogury brand to life across a wide range of mediums — from digital campaigns and social content to event assets and dynamic presentations. You’ll collaborate closely with our Brand Creative and global teams to create visual content that’s bold, clear, and unmistakably Ogury.

This is a hybrid role based in Barcelona , where we warmly welcome our team into the office at least two days per week . • Design a wide variety of marketing collateral including event materials, social content, email campaigns, print assets, presentation decks, and web visuals.
• Ensure brand consistency across all channels, maintaining the highest level of design quality.
• Support the team with event and presentation design, including slide master creation and data visualization.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and design tools to keep our work fresh, competitive, and forward-thinking.
• Actively participate in creative reviews and contribute to team critiques.
• Communicate proactively with your team to ensure smooth project flow and timelines.
  
  

• Proven experience in graphic design, ideally within a creative agency or in-house design team.
• Solid track record in visual design, demonstrating a strong grasp of composition, color theory, typography, layout, and translating data into compelling visual stories.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite — especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Google Slides, including building custom slide masters and themes.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal communication skills.
• A passion for design, a strong creative voice, and a solutions-first attitude.
• A compelling portfolio that showcases a wide range of work across print and digital.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Experience with motion graphics or video editing using After Effects and Premiere
