Founders' Associate Intern

At Orbital Paradigm, we develop autonomous reentry capsules for routine, fast-return transport from orbit, supporting in-space manufacturing, science, and logistics.
We are looking for a Founder’s Associate Intern, to work directly with the co-founders on strategic and operational priorities across all areas of the company. This is a broad, hands-on role that provides exposure to fundraising, business development, operations, and project management.
What you will do
- Support the CEO in day-to-day priorities and cross-team coordination.
- Conduct research to inform strategy, fundraising, and partnerships.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and investor materials.
- Track and follow up on key projects, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Contribute to process improvements and internal organization.
- Support the organization of the company’s funding round, including investor outreach, documentation, and data room preparation.
What we are looking for
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to switch quickly between topics.
- Interest in startups, business strategy, and technology (space sector is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of venture capital
What you will learn
- Direct exposure to the challenges of building and scaling a startup.
- Hands-on experience across strategy, operations, and business development.
- Mentorship and close collaboration with the founders.
- First-hand learning about venture capital, fundraising processes, and investor relations.
Ideal experience
- Familiarity with of ceramic casting and powder/fiber processing techniques
- Knowledge of glass formulation or synthesis
- Up to 2 years in a similar role or research project
- Mechanical or thermal characterization of material properties
- Experience in space-related materials or thermal protection systems
