Tu rol:
Buscamos un/a Agente de Ventas de Campo freelance con experiencia para ayudarnos a expandir nuestra presencia en el mercado europeo. Apoyarás a nuestros clientes en el terreno en el área de sistemas fotovoltaicos y los acompañarás durante todo el proceso de ventas hasta la firma digital del contrato.
Tus responsabilidades:
- Presentar y vender nuestros sistemas solares (B2C) en la zona asignada.
- Colaborar estrechamente con nuestro equipo de preventas que agenda las citas a partir de leads cualificados.
- Generar leads propios mediante networking local, asociaciones e iniciativas propias.
- Presentar las ventajas de la oferta de Otovo de manera clara y convincente.
- Identificar necesidades y deseos de los clientes y cerrar las ventas.
- Cumplir con los objetivos marcados.
- Reportar al Country Lead.
- Comisiones sin tope: cuanto más cierres, más ganas.

We seek a collaborative, passionate and versatile Marketing Manager responsible for the Norwegian and Swedish markets to join our Madrid-based European Marketing team.
In this role you will serve as the voice of the local customer and the focal point of planning and execution of Otovo’s local marketing activities. You will partner intensively with central marketing channel teams and with the local sales teams.
You will be a part of a dynamic, ambitious and international/multilingual European Marketing & Partnerships team that is comprised of channel teams such as Performance Marketing, Partnerships, and Integrated Marketing (Content Studio, SEO, CRM) as well as other Marketing Managers with regional or country responsibilities.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Engage Norwegian and Swedish prospective customers in memorable and effective ways through “earned” media channels (e.g., newsletters, blog/onsite content, PR), leading them to express their interest in Otovo’s products and services (i.e., become a lead)
- Be the voice of local customers and a source of knowledge on the relevant happenings in your markets (e.g., competition, regulations/subsidies, etc.)
- Maintain a holistic view of your markets’ leads targets & leads sources mix (both “earned” channels managed directly and other channels such as Performance Marketing and Partnerships); engage with local Sales and with all marketing channels on optimising leads mix and quantity
- Create relevant local content, incl. newsletters, customer testimonials, blog posts, etc. Translate/adapt centrally-created marketing content (e.g., global campaigns)
- Opportunistically ideate/pitch/execute local awareness activities (e.g., offline advertising) or events
- Collaborate with local Sales on devising and communicate impactful promos, optimise sales communications
- Update content of the local websites, keeping it up to date, on brand and aligned with business strategy; own all non-Paid marketing landing pages, assist in conversion optimisation efforts
- Drive local PR together with local PR agencies, assisted by central marketing and in partnership with Otovo’s local leaders (Oslo-based CEO and Scandinavia country lead)

Job requirements
- A doer with previous hands-on experience driving varied marketing topics at digital-first businesses
- Fluent in either Norwegian or Swedish language and proficient in the other, as well as in English. Culturally attuned to the Norwegian and Swedish markets, local consumers and business practices, always “in the know” on the local market happenings
- A passionate and prolific content creator - experience with e.g., newsletters, search-optimised blog posts, informative and action-driving landing pages, product marketing, press releases, social media, etc.
- Very well organised with superior project- and time-management skills, thriving on hands-on execution as well as coordination of multiple projects and work-streams
- Creative thinker capable of coming up with new ideas for promoting Otovo in the market of responsibility, devising and hands-on executing tests
- A team player, equally comfortable with rolling up sleeves to get things done and influencing to get things done through others; an open, clear and effective communicator (both orally and in writing)
- Numerate, analytical and comfortable with quantifying business impact of marketing actions, proficient with Google Sheets

We are looking for a motivated Pre-Sales Specialist, to join our European team in Madrid.
You will talk to our incoming customers via phone, gather the key information, qualify them, and book in a meeting (video or physical) with our technical sales staff.
