Manufacturing Engineer - Special Processes
 

Your Tasks

• Develop and maintain manufacturing instructions, standards and process documentation, ensuring compliance with customer, regulatory and internal requirements.
• Own and continuously improve paint, sealant and CPC manufacturing processes, including the definition and optimization of manufacturing cycle times, labor standards and process capacity.
• Provide day-to-day technical support to production, resolve process-related issues, participate in root cause investigations, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, cost and delivery, while supporting the qualification, validation and deployment of special processes and new technologies.
• Interact with Structural Engineering to ensure manufacturable and compliant design solutions, and collaborate with Materials & Processes (M&P) teams to maintain approved specifications and application methods.
• Support engineering changes, concessions and industrialization activities affecting surface protection processes.
  

• Degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical or related Engineering field.
• Experience in Manufacturing Engineering within an industrial environment.
• Knowledge of painting, sealant, coatings, corrosion protection or special processes.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and continuous improvement skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with SAP and CAD tools (NX).
