- Experiencia en entornos Nutanix.

La compañía se enfoca en proporcionar herramientas precisas y fiables para la detección de enfermedades y el monitoreo de la salud, apoyando así a los profesionales de la salud en el diagnóstico y tratamiento de sus pacientes.
Misión:
Llevar a cabo el diseño, implementación y testing del ERP de la compañía dando soporte al personal interno de la empresa. El objetivo es contar con un ERP que se adapte a las necesidades de la empresa cumpliendo con los requisitos técnicos establecidos.
Funciones:
- Desarrollar integraciones entre sistemas de información.
- Realizar análisis técnico, diseño técnico e implementación de los cambios necesarios en el ERP de la compañía.
- Testear el código elaborado, mediante pruebas unitarias, integración, análisis estático, seguridad y rendimiento.
- Instalar aplicaciones, servidores y resto de sistemas que permiten poner en marcha el software desarrollado.
- Garantizar que el diseño se ajusta a los objetivos y especificaciones de la empresa.
- Documentar los desarrollos realizados para su fácil acceso y actualización.
- Atender incidencias técnicas del producto de software ERP en producción.
- Elaborar de informes periódicos al responsable directo.

Requisitos mínimos:
- Titulación técnica en informática o grado superior en desarrollo de aplicaciones informáticas
- Experiencia mínima de 3 años en las tecnologías y los entornos de desarrollo comentados en la descripción del puesto.
- Manejo Funcional y técnico en Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Programación en entorno de desarrollo para Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Conocimientos profundos Microsoft Power BI, Power Pivot/Power Query + Excel
- Experiencia en gestores de bases de datos: SQL Server (Transact SQL) y Oracle

International Operational Excellence (IOE) is a newly expanded organization, responsible for supporting our international issuing and acquiring businesses across 27+ countries and ensuring they have a robust first line of defense. International OE plays an active role in enabling the businesses to meet their growth objectives whilst demonstrating an effective control framework.
Our organization helps our international businesses manage non-financial risk, respond to new regulation, and develop new products whilst creating and nurturing effective partnerships across multiple key stakeholders across the organization.
Job Responsibilities
ICS is making changes to the commercial business in certain European countries (Flamingo) to simplify the issuing operations and to enable operating more efficiently and optimizing the business for further growth.
The role reports into the Issuing Operational Excellence Director for Europe (selected markets) and will be responsible for actively supporting the issuing business to deliver on their goals, and to ensure the business is executing effectively against local and central control and compliance expectations.
In addition, this role will be responsible for supporting the broader AEESA Legal entity Committees and Board in ensuring effective and appropriate governance of associated Flamingo Operational Risks.
This will mean being a trusted advisor, supporting the business to assess, mitigate and accept risk. The role will be responsible for ensuring a strong control focus is integrated into day-to-day operations and that the Flamingo’ operational risk processes are appropriately managed. Focus will also be to ensure issues and risks are managed promptly and effectively, with root causes identified and addressed, and to support business initiatives to enable strong business growth.
Responsibilities Of The Incumbent Will Include
- Issue Management: Drive early detection of risks and issues, supporting the business to fix them rapidly, in line with risk appetite and Issue Management timings.
- Legal Entity Governance framework: Ensure that the Governance Framework adopted for the selected markets is effective and streamlined, with the wider AEESA legal entity governance aligned with AXP Governance Standards, effectively supports business processes, and change management and meets external regulatory requirements.
- AML KYC: ensuring an AML KYC framework that can demonstrate, robust sustainable processes with effective controls and business testing, an optimize customer experience and servicing strategy with strong business governance and accountability.
- Enabling business growth and supporting change management: Manage the end-to-end risk assessment process for all new products, platforms, and capabilities locally, supporting and enabling business growth. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring that the local Change Management program is compliant with the Enterprise AEMP 54 management policy and International OE governing standards.
- Third Party Risk (TLM): Support sound execution of the TLM program for the markets in scope and be mindful of any potential new outsourced activity that might require to be reported to the Bank of Spain. Provide guidance to the business to manage vendor risks by ensuring appropriate risk assessments and the closure of issues in line with the TLM framework. Effectively engage and leverage the International OE central team for relevant subject matter expertise and program management, to ensure streamlined efforts and efficiencies are gained in management of vendor risk.
- Audit Engagement: Support the business in managing audits. Educate the respective audit team about proper audit engagement and reviews. The incumbent will provide and recommend pre-audit submissions of management self-identified findings (MSIFs), monitor all audit MAPs to ensure they are closed in a timely manner, participate in all audit meetings, and provide operational risk input into audit findings.
- Process Risk Self-Assessment: Support process owners in creating and documenting their process in addition to the risks and controls using the PRSA methodology. Facilitate the annual Risk Assessment Questionnaire refresh process.
- Regulatory Change Management (RCM): partner with Compliance and Global Counsel’s Office (GCO) to understand requirements for the business, take responsibility for risk assessing the RCM item, assigning a business unit project manager (BUPM), partnering with the business to ensure implementation of requirements, and facilitating legal entity escalation and engagement of key stakeholders.
- Effectively engage and liaise with the Central International OE teams to support and streamline key business process and Business Self Testing programs.
- Training and Awareness: Drive Operational Excellence, control and compliance principles and standards locally, delivering tailored training as required.
- Experience in Operational Excellence, Compliance, Operational Risk, or a related discipline, ideally in more than one of these disciplines.
- Proven program management experience & successful delivery of large-scale initiatives, ideally within financial services
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high quality documentation.
- Must be able to multitask, meet strict deadlines and work well with different areas of the organization.
- Fast learner, able to understand operational processes & capabilities.
- Knowledge of AML/CFT environment useful
- Experience in business process improvement, control design and development of control and process testing.
- In-depth knowledge of issuer products and processes
- Demonstrated ability to partner with a broad network of colleagues to drive effective issue identification and resolution across the three lines of defense.
- Proven ability to develop and enhance local control and compliance frameworks.

With Reference To The Green Hydrogen Opportunities, And The Different Geographies (so Far Italy, UK, Greece, Romania And Canada) In Which Starlight Operates, As Well As In Other Potential Countries, This Professional Will Be Asked To Provide Support In The Following Areas
Business Development: technology studies, preliminary project evaluation, gathering information on the specific applicable regulatory framework, selection of external advisors, support in the negotiation of development services agreements and consultancy contracts for the development of green hydrogen projects;Project Development: interaction with all parties involved, in particular with the consultants for the origination and then development of specific projects for producing green hydrogen. This activity is closely related to the previous one and implies the involvement and support in contractual and corporate aspects;M&A Transactions: Starlight could be involved in the acquisition of projects rather than the sale of them once they are ready to be built . KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Market Analysis and Opportunity Assessment:Conduct in-depth market research on the green hydrogen sector, identifying market trends, growth prospects, relevant regulatory framework changes and business opportunities in different countries;Evaluate and monitor the competitiveness of green hydrogen, identifying advantages and potential risks.Business Case Development:Create detailed business cases for green hydrogen production projects, considering financial, technical, and economic aspects;Assess investment costs, cash flows, financial returns, and payback periods for the proposed projects;Analyze potential public incentives, financing options, and support mechanisms for green hydrogen projects.Partnership Identification and Collaboration Strategies:Evaluate collaboration opportunities with other stakeholders in the sector, such as technology providers, renewable energy producers, transportation companies, and industries interested in utilizing green hydrogen;Identify potential strategic partners and establish collaborative relationships for the development and execution of green hydrogen projects.Environmental Sustainability and Regulatory Assessment:Analyze the environmental and sustainability aspects associated with green hydrogen production, assessing environmental impact, carbon emission reduction, and integration with sustainable development goals;Monitor and understand relevant regulations, policies, and government regulations related to green hydrogen, providing insights on compliance and the evolving regulatory framework.Strategic Consulting and Decision Support:Actively identify and participate to conferences and take part to lobbying activities to make green hydrogen projects feasible in the selected target countries;Provide strategic consulting to the management team on expanding operations in the green hydrogen sector, offering key recommendations and decision support based on market analysis and developed business cases. SKILLS & COMPETENCIES To be successful in this role, the professional will have to demonstrate:
Superbstakeholder managementand influencing skills;Ability to compile andpresent dataclearly, attractively concisely and in a way that others find compelling and easy to digest (using PowerPoint as well as tools such as PowerBi);Ability to balance priorities;Good commercial understanding of the sector;IT Literacy- they should have the interest in technology, including AI and show the aptitude to bring this into the specific role and projects of responsibility to then deliver. It is not required to be a technologist but technically literate and curious about the possibilities that technology;Delivery focus– it may sound obvious, but the ability to proactively churn through work at pace and deliver quality outputs really matters;Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills;Passion for our mission'to generate a more sustainable future by leading the transition to clean energy;Feel our values: be a leader, build trust, be responsible, be innovative and 'bring your alpha'. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, engineering or a related field (Master's degree preferred);Proven experience in financial modelling (DCF modelling) and analysis, preferably in the renewable energy or hydrogen sector;Strong understanding of energy/gas market dynamics, electricity/gas pricing structures, and grid/pipes;Knowledge of green hydrogen technologies and their integration with renewable energy systems;Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in financial modelling software and Microsoft Excel. Valuable programming experience (VBA, python, R);Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey financial analysis and recommendations;Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and interact with technical and legal experts;Understanding of regulatory frameworks and policies related to green hydrogen energy;Fluent in English and possibly one of the following languages: Italian, Spanish, German and French.
