FUNCIÓN DEL PUESTO – REQUISITOS – FACTORES DE ÉXITO

Control del proceso de fabricación y análisis de las muestras, siguiendo las normas de PPG-Ibérica en materia de EHS, así como de la legislación vigente en materia de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales. Proporcionará los datos necesarios al jefe de equipo para que se puedan tomar decisiones adecuadas sobre el curso de las fabricaciones.

Las Principales Responsabilidades Son

• - Controlar el proceso de fabricación de las resinas de acuerdo a las instrucciones indicadas en el dossier y/o receta, y a los métodos de control especificados y desarrollados por PPG-Ibérica
• - Documentar el resultado de los ensayos realizados durante el proceso en los dossiers y/o recetas, así como en la base de datos de control de proceso. Informar al Jefe de equipo si el resultado del ensayo se encuentra fuera de las especificaciones indicadas
• - Garantizar la trazabilidad de los materiales desde que llegan a Producción hasta que son expedidos al departamento de Expediciones (Supply Chain). Por lo tanto en los dossiers y/o recetas de fabricación deberá figurar el lote de la materia prima utilizada
• - Preparar y mantener los reactivos del laboratorio según los procedimientos descritos en el manual del Laboratorio. Mantener la limpieza y el orden en el laboratorio, sala de control y en los equipos de medición y ensayo.
• - Preparar las cargas que alimentan a reactores, diluidores y tanques tales como: catalizadores, ácidos, glicoles, aditivos, etc. siguiendo las cantidades que se indican en el dossier y/o receta de fabricación
• -Cargar y descargar reactores, diluidores y tanques siguiendo los procedimientos estándar de operaciones así como las normas de seguridad
• - Utilizar el sistema de control como intermediario entre el operador y el autómata a través de una contraseña. A través de mismo controlará todas las operaciones de carga y descarga
• -Introducir los datos de los resultados de proceso en la ficha de control, de cada producto, ubicada en red de PPG
• -Certificar en el sistema de gestión Oracle cada etapa del proceso de fabricación a medida que se va ejecutando físicamente
• -Realizar sustituciones parciales de Jefe de Equipo, en ausencia del mismo. Esta sustitución se realizará en estrecha supervisión con el Jefe del departamento u otro Jefe de Equipo.
• - Colaborar tanto con el departamento de Producción como con el resto de departamentos de la planta en la consecución de los objetivos, en relación a Calidad, Productividad, Residuos y Medio Ambiente, y sostenibilidad/eficiencia energética, asistiendo a charlas y reuniones de formación, tanto internas como externas.
• -Participar, en colaboración con Ingeniería de Procesos, en la elaboración y seguimiento de las recetas de fabricación

Regional Sales Manager will report to Automotive Refinish Director - Iberia.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute segment strategy as defined by the Market Country Director and EHQ functions.
• Oversee sales segment responsibilities at the country/sub-country level.
• Govern country sales pipeline management and secure new wins.
• Develop high-level industry relationships to support new wins alongside Business Development Managers.
• Achieve segment goals and balance sales through both direct and indirect channels where relevant.
• Manage field-based commercial and technical resources as a cohesive team.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is required; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
• Significant experience in a matrix organization with a strong understanding of distribution.
• Experience in the automotive product and services aftersales market; experience in automotive coating and painting aftersales market is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of direct reports (New Business Managers and Technical Account Managers), make informed decisions, and manage resources effectively to achieve business objectives.
• Strong sales and business development skills, including the ability to develop and maintain customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Customer-oriented attitude with a commitment to customer satisfaction and the ability to understand and address specific customer needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and convincingly, negotiate, and influence internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
